With over 20 years of participating in Major Events we know what works and what won't. Our plans are designed to help everyone work together on the event efficiently and take the guess work out of the process.

Once the client has signed off on the proposal we then prepare detailed 2D plans for all departments on the event. We can also produce a step by step time line to ensure all departments are working together. Listed below are a few pointers that make planning your event helpful to both us the designers and all departments concerned.

Things To Consider when planning your Event

• Audience Size
  Determine your audience size first of all. This will dictate the venue size and help you to budget for the event. Consider the age and demographic of the audience to help decide on entertainment for the event.
• Venue Choice
  This will of course be dictated by the location of the event. There are many quality venues available in most Australian cities and towns but if you do your homework you can always locate a unique venue to stage your event. Remember the venue has to match all of the event requirements. Don't just select a venue based on price alone double check and inspect the venue to make sure you can do everything you need to to ensure your desired outcomes are met.
• Theme/Branding
  Now its time to consider the theme and branding and how it will be applied to the event. All events need to be themed it might be something as simple as colour.

  Consider the type of entertainment you would like ie. Major Act or Dance Band, Proffesional Master of Ceremonies or use some one in your orginisation?, think about how you would like your event to start through to the finish.
